Vacchetta leather is the most traditional italian leather that has little to no finishing. After the tanning process the leather is colored using only dyes, which makes this leather is very absorbant.

Vacchetta box leather made by Virgilio Conceria Artigiana is a variation of the regular vacchetta leather. This option is dry milled & tumbled. This process gives the leather a natural grain pebbled texture that’s not completely consistant through out the whole skin, but that’s what makes it unique and easy to seperate from an embossed variation. The tumbling and milling also makes the leather softer.

Temper: Soft
